I find it funny how you only animate one tween at a time. Here are some tips, since I made a few zelda flashes myself:

-animate at 24 fps or higher
-Use a better screen dimension, like the default one in flash.
-Animate more than one tween at a time
-keep practicing in flash, it will come to you!!!!
